Popular bar/cafe/club games in Poland?

What bar games are popular in POlish bars, cafes, clubs?
I love playing pool but does that exist in Krakow?
What about billiards? (not that I know the different between billiards and pool)
Darts? Snooker?
Also would you guys say that a high ratio of bars have such facilities? I'm meeting my polish friend and I think this would be a good way to break the ice.
