Well if it's purple, which it appears to be, then it seems that it would be either Royalty or Brandywine. Have you eaten the pictured rasp? If so, could you say something about the flavour, sweet or tart?

No, it is not Royalty or Brandywine. It is Glen Coe, advertised as American invention. They have strange flavour so I am not going to multiply my original 4 bushes. I prefer golden rasps, the sweetest of all.

The fruit looks more raspberry than strawberry like as the seeds aren't on the outside. Wild raspberry? Don't think it's a loganberry as the fruit is the wrong shape.

Still stumped with the penguin shot, it doesn't look as if it's about to jump as it looks to be facing the wrong way.

Who is advertising it as American? It was bred in the Scotland by a Welshman! Dr Derek Jennings, born in Wales 1929. Here's a pic of the man himself with a different one of his rasps:

Yes, you are right. I am trying to find this US origin now but can`t. I was pretty sure of it, now I see it was a mistake. Probably because I always order 2, 3 dozen plants at a time and I could somehow associate it with American blueberry.
