So my question is : is it possible to travel with only her birth certificate ? do i need a special stamp in my wife passport from Polish immigration office in order to allow us to travel to Germany ?

Please help me , i dont know what to do and how to get the right information.

The simpliest would be to call the embassy of your country in Germany and to ask. Generally, there is no control at the Polish-German border (if nothing has changed due to that refugees problem), but in Germany the police is entitled to check your documents, and if they find that something is wrong with them, you may have a problem.

Yes for my embassy , already contacted and waiting for their reply, regarding our documents ( me and my wife ) nothing wrong them we have been grant temporary residency till 2018. Regarding control at the Polish-German border , i have been controlled many team by border police they always take my passport and karta pobytu for checking, so it's because of that i'm wondering

I don't think that the birth certificate is enough. Maybe your embassy is able to send to you a temporary document to enable you get the passport for the child?

Have you tried just to call your embassy by a phone?
