Custom Restrictions for Income Devices in Poland

Hi guys,

I'm flying to Warsaw from NewYork soon and I'd like to take some new Apple devices and other electronics with me.

What restrictions are for incoming devices? for example how many Iphones, Macbooks I can have?

All that sort of stuff is available here at the Apple Store in various malls.

You don't say though how many you plan to bring - whether it's just a few presents or wholesale quantities.

I think one of each for personal use but I bet they ask you for paying 23% VAT.
They know very well what is going on.

If you can't prove it's your personal property or gifts, you'll be charged duty and VAT on anything exceeding 430 euros.
