How much money should I convert for my visit Krakow? (long weekend)

I'm going to Krakow for a long weekend soon. (thursdays until tuesday) How much of my english money would you guys recommend I convert to polish zloty to last me the weekend?

The hotel is paid for already. So i need money for general things like food, drink (I think 2 of my nights will be late ones with a bit of nightlife exploration), and i will get the odd taxi I am sure.

are you just drinking and eating and taxiing around? how much would you need for that back in UK? that's roughly what you'd need in Krak.

If its just the weekend you should be fine with £300-£500 quid ;)

Try not to use your atm card to get cash in Poland. Each time I used mine, I was charged an outrageous $5.00 service fee :(

No where near as much, clubs are free in Krakow and drinks are a 1/3 of the price..Eating out is also extremely good value..

Or there abouts, he'd be better off if he had a Nationwide Building Society account, no charges to draw out and the rates are generally very good..

I think Nationwide have withdrawn or are about to withdraw the facility to get cash abroad for free.

Merged: Will $1000 budget be enough for me to enjoy my holiday in Poland?

Will be visiting lodz in december for a mission for a week and warsaw and krakow afterwards ,probably spend my christmas there,will it be fun for me,where and what can l do for the duration l will be in poland and is a $1000 budget sufficient or what budget should l be looking at to really enjoy myself
