From Katowice airport to the Train station

We are coming to Poland for the England game in October, We need to get to Warsaw from Katowice.

We land in Katowice at 11:05, their is a train to warsaw at 12:50, would we get to train station in that time on the bus or taxi??

Why would you do that ? It is much better to land in Warsaw.

Just. It's cutting it fine though. There are plenty of buses that go from the airport straight to the railway station. It's probably better to get the next train.

Or, a taxi isn't that expensive and will get you to the station in good time.

That is cutting it a little fine. From memory Katowice airport is about 50km (30 miles) from the city centre, so you'd be wanting to get a tax. Expect to pay between 80zl and 100zl for a taxi (£15 to £18) but make sure you book one in advance (there will almost certainly be a link on the aiport's website).

bus take 30-40mins to get from Katowice airport to the train station, it's the last stop too, easy-peasy

Yeh looked at flights one at 10 is too early!!!

Looks like we should make that 12:50 train if get taxi, 3 of us so shouldn`t be too expensive!

I live in Chorzów - near Katowice... so.... by car (taxi) you will get there in 30-40 minutes (it's around 35 km). Easy :)
