if ya wanna do it the cheap way linda, fly to frankfut hahn and then to gdansk for a good bit less. I did that a few times when goin to the heineken music festival. I've never flown wizzair, but mates have told me it's pretty much the same as flying with ryaniar.

I've only once flown direct to gdansk and I think that was aerlingus and I got a decent price on a sale, otherwise though gdansk is probably once of the most expensive airports to fly too since it's such a touristy kind of place. But, think about the frankfort hanh option, it's just an airport, but you'd only be waiting a few more hours and that time of year the weather'll be nice and you can just chill out in a beer garden there.

Frankfurt is in USA? Huh... Germany means something for you? :)

You can always get a flight to Gdansk or Warsaw, there is no problem to get a cheap ticket now. Ask someone in Poland to reserve it for you for example, it should be cheaper (or do it yourself on-line, OLT Express are cheap now, a new airlines). I also personally can recommend Ryanair, just look for a provider, it will be cheaper (or reserve erliear).

Good luck!
