Go to Old Town (Stare Miasto). They have a few pretty good places. Unfortunately I don't remember street numbers.

In Hrubieszow you won't find much. If you visit Warsaw, you have a few options. There are several good shops in Raszyn that cater for the Indian population and Samara, behind the National Library has a very good stock of Middle Eastern products.

I am not totally sure if it has already come into effect, but I remember reading a thread on here about ritual slaughter of animals becoming illegal in Poland. If you are looking for Halal meat you might need to hit the internet and get it imported.
