Hello everyone :) I'm currently a student at UW in BA program. Of course like any other BA program, students should finish up to 3 years. I'm in the second year and I feel that I'm ready to finish up the 180 ECTS + write my thesis before June 2017 but is it actually possible to do that or it's a MUST to stay 3 years no matter what ?

If you are still only in your second year, does the third year of the degree count for nothing in terms of study then? There is nothing new to be learned and 3rd year is just revision of what was covered in years 1 and 2? That doesn't seem right otherwise it might as well be a 2 year instead of 3 year course.
