Hello.

I am wanting to do the CELTA course but I am too late, as there course
which starts this month is full. Does anybody know any other schools which
teach the CELTA on a part time basis?

Please let me know as I would really like to do it this year.

I am wanting?? there course?? Are you sure you want to do it? I think you are just having a laugh here. I recognise your nick and I think you are belittling teaching, quite frankly.

But i was under the impression that you had a very successful school of your own! In which case you wouldn't need to do your CELTA?

Plus if you teaching "I am wanting to do the CETLA course" in your school..... CELTA will not save you!

There are none in Poland apart from Bell Warsaw.

And to think this joker runs a "school" yet can't even use the language properly!

I can't imagine Bradbury would even pass the CELTA. It's a real course for real people, not for people who think that they are teachers because they can use book 2 of the Callan Method!

Well it is a bit of a joke of a "career" in poland.

A good income is still possible, especially for people with a few years experience, the ability to sell their services and not beholden to 'Polish-owned language schools'.

Can't you do it as a long-distance course (like a correspondence course)? i seem to recall hearing that it was possible.

No, the CELTA can not be done via distance learning. However the DELTA (the second level qualification) can be done that way. For any experienced teacher and school owner like Mr Bradbury, the DELTA would clearly be a better choice.

Yes, I suspect his "TEFL" qualification would have taught him all he needs to know and more in regards to the CELTA.

After all, many Callan schools ask for the CELTA as a prerequisite, so with his experience, it wouldn't really be worth the time doing it.
