Universities Information in Lublin, Poland

i need information about universities in Lublin (Poland) regarding authenticity and reviews.
are these Govt. universities .
i and my friend are planning to study there.
i have bachelor degree in commerce and he has a computer science degree (Bs-IT)

University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (wspa.pl/en)
Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (umcs.pl/en)
John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (kul.pl/)

Usulally called KUL, it's very respectable. As is Lublin University of Technology (Politechnika Lubelska). as is the University of Life Sciences and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. All are state-sector institutions and are respected.

The University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (WSPA) is some sort of private thing and not a state-sector university.
