All right, that makes slightly more sense now. But still... Hungary, Czech Republic or Slovenia
are all in the EU, have equally good universities (if not better), wages are better and climate
is nicer there. Also, if you're looking for low cost of living and cheap education then Romania
or Bulgaria (both EU countries) would both be more logical choices.
You say that you have some Polish friends. That's OK, but most foreign students, when they
first come here, do not. So, why Poland? It is indeed strange. Especially that our country is
usually depicted abroad as not very friendly for foreigners, with xenophobic population,
aggressive skinheads etc. (of course, it's all bullcrap, but such image exists.)
