Warsaw Management Fees, do these charges seem reasonable?

I have a buy to let apartment in Warsaw. It has been rented to the same tenant since 2007. I pay my rental agent a monthly management fee of PLN 216 and a monthly accountancy fee of PLN 184.50 plus an annual tax submission fee of the same amount. Do these charges seem reasonable?

what is the rent?, do you have income from rental, any invoice have been produced...?
