How do I sell my land ( near Szczecin, Baltic Sea )? Please help!

Hi there, I have a little over 10,000m2 of land in Poland (near Szczecin) but have no idea how to go about selling it as am in the UK. where do I start??

Start by making sure the taxes are paid up to date (I bought my land from the tax office, which had confiscated it from the in arrears owner).

What kind of land is it? Is it agricultural (what class?) or building land (with or without planning permission or the likelihood of getting it) or mixed?

If it's land suitable for building, is it in or near a town? Is there infrastructure, i.e, road, electricity, water, etc (known as media)?

If it's agricultural land, I'd hang on to it. It's only a hectare, so you wouldn't get much for it at the moment.

Its building land, with planning permission for up to five houses on it, all taxes up to date, its in a small town with a beach within walkin distance, and all the amenities are in place.

I'm just stuck as to how to list it from the uk, and what land goes for at the moment??

Try contact a real estate agency. Some of them are English speaking (everbest.info/en/). They should tell you what you should do.

Land cost Szczecin

Does anyone have any idea or have done research into development land and the costs one should pay per sq.mt near the city centre.

My guess - 5,000 PLN per square meter? But I don't think you can find any land near the city centre..
