No, certainly not in Wroclaw. In Wroclaw you'd be looking at more like 1300 for a livable studio in a neighbourhood where you have a fighting chance of not getting stabbed. And to that you'd need to add other bills.

As a foreigner with no local connections you will need at least 1500zl for the rent of a studio in Wroclaw. Add to that another 150zl to 200zl for internet, TV, telephone, electricity and gas.

You can't, people don't like to rent flats long term to unknown people. And you don't want to either, why on earth would you want to sign a lease on a flat you have never seen and know nothing about (or the place where it is). You'd do far better to rent a short-term place via a site such as airbnb for two weeks while you find your feet in Wroclaw and look for a flat.

You can rent something short term, for few months here:

A bit more if all fees and bills are included. Anything cheaper is going to be in a bad area or bad building, or the apartment will be very run down. A ROOM in a student apartment would cost you between 500 and 1000 PLN. Studio apartments are in very big demand in Wrocław, and are almost as expensive as one-bedroom apartments. Wrocław is not a cheap city. It's one of the most expensive cities in Poland. It's a wonderful city to live in if you have lots of money. If not, it can be just as depressing as Katowice or £ódź, the ugliest big cities in Poland.

what's the best way to get it from my country before traveling ?

The best way is to get the apartment AFTER you come to Poland. I wouldn't recommend you doing it from your country.

It doesn't sound like you are ready to come to Poland in three months. You are behind on your research.

Merged: Looking for Studio Flat in Wroclaw

Hi All,

I am moving to Wroclaw on 26th July and am looking to rent a place to live. Looking for places within 1-2 km radius of "Szczytnicka 9, 50-382 Wrocław".

Could any one point me to the right resources or reply if you know of any suitable options.
I have checked various online sites for the same ie gumtree as well erasmusu.com/en/erasmus-wroclaw/rent-studio

Thanks in advance.

fabiand it depends how much you want to spend.

1-2KM is pl.Bema which has very nice apartments for ~2800-3200zł monthly, for instance this one:
otodom.pl/b128-lux-apartament-2-pokoje-pl-bema-id39404336.html

Nice surrounding and you can get to the Credit-Suisse building in 15 minutes, walking through a nice part of the Old Town.

If you're looking for something cheaper around the CS building there are some commie era high rise building you could try searching there.
It's difficult to say without knowing your limit. Cheers.

I would use on of the websites such as otoDom.pl ( you can enter the city and then switch to map view, to find places near where you wanna live ), unfortunately many of them are focused on students and have for instance multiple number of beds per room.

Some companies offer relocation budget - usually you can pay a proxy company to find you something of your preference.

There's a lot of this type of flats ( this one's pretty close to CS actually ):
otodom.pl/mieszkanie-wroclaw-srodmiescie-plac-grunwaldzki-id39470452.html
But it's visible from the photos it's for students.

This one's close by as well:
otodom.pl/mieszkanie-wroclaw-srodmiescie-59m2-2-pokoje-1200-pln-id39556004.html
But it's not really furnished ( beside kitchen and bathroom )

You'll have to search yourself or use an agent ( they usually take 1-2k zlotys ).
Sometimes the person who puts up these adverts is an agent, and then this means paying anyways.

Can anyone tell me how much would cost to rent a small studio in center wroclaw? thanks

I'd say 1,500 Zl per month.
