Prices of agricultural land just north of Krakow

Ive been interested to read about Polish agricultural land prices and they are on the rise, certainly. However, there are still bargains to be had -- I have bought and sold many plots over recent years and while profits are not overnight they are steady over the mid term (3-4 years). In response to some questions about available land I have a large agricultural plot 7.5 hectares, for sale an hour north of Krakow near the spa town of Busko Zdroj for 250,000 zlotys.....anyone interested, please email me at romanpry@gmail Poland has quality land and lots of potential and opportunity for those willing to take the plunge albeit carefully and with good legal advice. I have had the latter for years and never had any transaction problems or long delays.

best wishes to all and land owning in Poland can be profitable and also, very enjoyable in an exquisite rural landscape and traditional farming culture which has long since disappeared elsewhere in Europe
