It has mains water, in fact that has all been recently redone for free by the local Gamina, we has issues with it freezing at a sub station on our land which cut off the entire village so something had to be done about that. There are three natural deep water wells throughout the property. I don't know about the sewage actually, but i definitely should. Either way it certainly doesn't have a sewage stream anywhere near by or a cesspool. Has mains electricity obviously but not gas.

One of my first thoughts also until I saw that beautiful stairs case.

Yes one company mentioned building an external elevator to service that.

I could be the madam and swish down the stairs to greet the punters....:)

I've stayed there on my own a few times for a few days, pretty spooky wandering around at midnight with nothing for company except the cat. I've seen way too many horror films for that kind of thing.

Interesting to see you claiming that now; back at the time you were posting here asking if anybody wanted to invest, strange that there nobody was interested, isn't it.

Exactly do you know the difference in investment and work???Go teach english and feast on ya michelin star meals, its not your playground baldy.

There ya go, a fish farm to raise farm raised trout.
How deep do you have to go to hit fresh drinking water ?

Only guys like me would find it sexy with you wearing your flannel shirt, army pants and muddy boots. lol
