I am hoping for some Tax advice- I am a UK citizen and have inherited a polish company from my father owning a flat and land plot. I know I am not liable for inheritance tax. am I liable for Capital Gains Tax if I sell? (I have only just inherited but the 'company' which I am now the director has owned for over 5 years. Ideally I would like contact for accountant in Gdynia area who speaks English for advice.

Are there any other taxes due to me?
and what if I sell the company as a whole- what are the tax implications here.
Very confused
any advice welcome
