Looking for similar buildings in Poland for investing

Hello, I would like to buy property in Poland. However, I noticed some of the new buildings look too sterile, like Scandinavian (white and gray or just gray). I would like to ask whether there are buildings like these in Poland:

google.com/maps/@42.6745762,23.3244684,3a,75y,30.76h,103.05t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sYg94t_zzr2GcIUcPPhhHtg!2e0!5s20150601T000000!7i13312!8i6656

google.com/maps/@42.6807537,23.325071,3a,75y,247.46h,105.13t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1s66su-VYtyRqUvXd_nKhalQ!2e0!5s20120301T000000!7i13312!8i6656

And this one more chic: google.com/maps/@42.6754629,23.3546445,3a,75y,128.55h,108.68t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sRYpxkR7Ek7U7f3FQ5kzxvA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Thanks in advance!

Katowice, Krakow or Warsaw.
But I prefer Krakow or Warsaw. I will rent them out and live in one.

The buildings in the photos don't look very new either.
The first thing you need to keep in mind is that the architecture will be slightly different as it's a different part of Europe.

You may think about old kamienice and you'll find lots of them in all cities you mentioned. Or new buildings. They may look 'sterile' because they're new.

Whatever you choose , assess your budget first as none of these cities is cheap. In Kraków it'll be roughly 7-12 thousand złoty per square metre (or even more in Warsaw) -plus you need to have some extra money for renovation (after all you need to attract customers) and extra costs connected with buying property. And it will take years to get back what you invested. Have a look at some offers from olx

Kamienice in Kraków

I will rent them out

In residentials its not that easy, those SUITCASE tenants tend to leave where as in commercials once the tenant starts making money he will be there for years/decades,without giving you any hassle. And you can squeeze them a bit also depending how much they are making. Also if you sign right 777 umowa you can get the commercial tenants out in 7 days on conditions agreed upon,in case of residentials forget it.

@ Kaprys:I prefer otodom which has more descriptive situation of the property then OLX

Hello, I would like to know whether one can find similar-looking new properties in Poland, combining white with red and gray (or just white and red):

I like how the red makes the style slightly less sterile unlike similar buildings only in gray and white. :) Still, it's not as flashy as a Mediterranean resort so it doesn't look oriental. Also, white and red are the colors of the Polish flag.

I think Krakow has similar style: krakow.nowemieszkania.pl/mieszkanie,Grupa-Matejek,Zacisze-Kordiana-III,3999.html
