Seven plots of land for sale covering a total area of 3 hectares. The land is located in the village Czarnoszyce, near Chojnice town. It is a private land, and an Idyllic location in the countryside overlooking meadows, woods, and a lake. The land has planning permission to build a detached house on of the plots and there is a very strong possibility of obtaining permission for the 6 remaining plots as the land is included in council land development plan. There is availability to connect electricity and water, which runs along the main road. The Land have access to an asphalt road. The land is particularly recommended for investors, and people who want to have a dream house with a very large garden.
For the whole seven plots including the house, it isn't bad, despite being in the back of beyond. I suspect she's trying to offload them at that price each. The ad being in English and the price being in sterling should be a big warning sign. If it was worth buying, the locals would have snapped it up long ago despite water and electric not being connected yet. I doubt there's a phone line or mains drainage either.
I am also looking for advise for selling land/homes in bialka tarzanska. I moved away from there 30 yrs ago and have approximately 8 aces scattered all over. 3 hectares. And 2 houses. 1 about 100 yrs old and one about 40 yrs old. The village president/organizer made an offer on the property. But distant family says he will just flip for double and triple the money. But they can not tell me what I can get for it. So my question is who can tell me what is a fair price? Do I market it? Are there appraisals like here in the US? This seems to be tricky. The town has boomed into a profitable ski resort and the land has just sky rocketed. But still have no idea what is a fair price.
You have already asked for advice on another thread,,, If you want a valuation you are going to have to pay for an expertise which will cost you in the region of 2-3,000 zlotys.
It is rather odd that your family are advising you not to sell, but can't give you an indication of value. Sounds to me like your family want to buy the land and houses on the cheap, Gorals are an odd bunch. For your information very little real estate is being sold currently the market is very slow and has no liquidity. If you have not been back to Poland for 30 years you want to start off by checking your paperwork and making sure you still own the real estate.
Merged: How much commission in Poland? Honest realtors in the area of Bialka Tatrzanska.
I have land and a home in Bialka Tatrzanska and am interested in selling it. What is the average realtors commission on a sale like that? Does anyone have any honest realtors in that area.
Hi All I am looking for the land in Bialka . if you know somebody who would like to sell land in Poland please let me know on my mail mattrasmus@yahoo. it will be very difficult to do this after 1 of JAn 2016 since they are changing regulation regarding agricultural land so you might have value land now which will be difficult to sell in 2016. same for buyer it will be difficult to buy.
I currently have land in Poland. It's in karpiny which is just outside kwidzyn. It has a block of car garages on the land approx 100sqm and the land it's self is around 2.5 hectors. i have not put this up for sale yet as polish commission charges are ridiculous and am currently about to get it valued. I saw this thread and wondered if anyone would be interested in land in this area. Thanks
