Do you need a PESEL to register land that was recently inherited? Is there a way to confrim if this land has been registered
How do you register you agricultural land in the Land Registry of Poland?

No, you don't need a PESEL - they might ask for it but if you don't have one just tell them.
You need to know the plot number which you can get from the Wydzial Geodezji, and they should also be able to tell you the number of the entry in the land registry (numer ksiegi wieczystej) and who is listed as the current owner. The court will be able to give you a print out of the entry in the land registry.

Thanks for your response. I am trying to request a copy of the Land Registry but they are asking for a PESES. In addition, do we need a PESEL in order to sell the land?

No, you don't need a PESEL to sell land if you're not a Polish citizen.

Does the Wydzial Geodezji have a website?
What are the fees involved in registering the land? We currently have 6 owners? Will you need a PESEL to sell the land? Thank you so much for your assistance.

Land registry fees for whole real estate versus partial ownership
The fee for registering land in the Ksiegi Wieczysty is 200 pln for whole real estate and 150 for partial ownership. Does that mean each individual owner needs to register the property seperately and pay 150 each? Any insight would be most appreciated.

doesn't it?
I think all this paperwork is making my head spin...to clarify...each individual who is on the deed needs to register individual???
there is a process presently to accept the acquisition of inheritance.this was initiated by my aunt.she knows what is in the inheritance and other beneficiaries do not.once the acquisition has been granted does the court notify the beneficiaries of the lot number.i'm assuming it is property
or how to contact the court..received some document from the court, there is a missing death certificate from one deceased beneficiary.
other than that tried emailing the court in polish about 10 times different departments and zero response
spoke to one lawyer and yes they are the sames as here in canada,if they smell opportunity they will take advantage
this a no rush situation just looking for some friendly pointers on acquiring what is in the inheritance
thanks
