4% of 2,000,000 is 80,000 / 80k.

All depends on their advertising campaigns, its all about bringing the buyers - right? If they do that..... job done, whos gives a crap about anything else.
My only question is what commission should I agree to? I think normal commission is 4% - as the apartment gets more expensive the rate seems to make less and less sense.
Normal rate is 3% + VAT, this normal rate does not apply to properties over a certain threshold, if theyre interested in the apartement they will negotiate the commission. 1.75% would seem fair to me.
