Is the neighbourhood near Metro Imielin a good place to stay?

Hi all, how is the neighborhood near Metro Imielin, to be precise near Ulicia Nowoursynowska?

It's generally considered to be a good area. Handy for the supermarket at Kabaty (and plenty of shops near Imielin Metro), good transport links (not just metro), restaurants and neighbourhood bars within walking distance, a multi-screen cinema next to the metro station and decent housing stock.

Nowoursynowska is however quite a long road and some bits are better than others.

Thanks Jon for the quick reply. I am planning to move there soon @ 139 Ulicia Nowoursynowska and went to the place today. I liked the place - it is calm and more of a residential neighborhood however thought of posing this question for forum reviews as well.
