Hey all,
I will be moving to Warsawa next week and would greatly appreciate some local advice as to where to live. I will be working at Ul. Miodawa and have a budget of about 2000 - 3500 Zl. As mentioned in the subject heading, I will be moving with my little beast (no, not the hubby, the cat) and I therefore need to move somewhere green and with not too much traffic. On the other hand, I do not want more than 30 minutes travel to work each day (public transport not car) and not too far from restos, shops (10-15 min). Would love to rent a small house/duplex but understand I would have to move quite far out to get this for my budget, so I guess I would be aiming for a ground floor apt adjacent to green area or maybe with a small garden if possible.
I have booked a apt for a week when arriving and I do understand that it will all become more apparent when I am in the city but I have already started to look at housing on gumtree.pl and domy.pl and would be good to have a better idea of which areas are nice.
Many of you probs feel you have repeatedly replied to requests re which area but from the other posts, it seems that the requirements there are quite different from mine so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanx and happy Friday!
