Zuby 3 | 4 22 Jan 2011 / #1Hi. I would be needing a 3 Bedroom flat of area around 150 SqMtr in a decent loaclity in Lodz. What is the monthly rental I should expect! Thanks
OP Zuby 3 | 4 22 Jan 2011 / #3Thanks. What all is included in the Basic Bills. is it electricity, water only or something more as well. Also, are all the apartments centrallly heated!
irishlodz 1 | 135 22 Jan 2011 / #4No all apartments are not centrally heated, but anything in that price bracket will be. The inclusive bills vary depending on what is metred. That price would roughly cover Elec, Gas, service charge (waste and cleaning communal areas) and Water. TV and internet are generally your own business.
OP Zuby 3 | 4 22 Jan 2011 / #5Thanks irishlodz. Its been a help. I have never lived in cold nations and so need an input on the heating part. Is it thru piping inbuilt into the walls thru which hot water / oil is circulated.......is the entire house / flat heated, including the bathrooms & kitchen?
irishlodz 1 | 135 24 Jan 2011 / #6If you have central heating it will be in every room. We have an apartment in a modern block and NEVER put on heating. neighbours run it so high I ofter open windows in freezing temps.
peter_olsztyn 6 | 1082 24 Jan 2011 / #7is the entire house / flat heatedThe best solution is when a flat have district heating running all year long. When independent meter and control panel is located in the flat.

Mlllarcello 4 Sep 2018 / #13Merged: Bills in Lodz!!!Hello, I've found a nice flat( 95 m2) with 5 bedrooms(we are erasmus students), a bathroom and a kitchen. Bills are not included in the monthly rent and depend on consumption. I'll stay there from October to February.Which is generally the average price for bills during this period? I know that depends on consumption but I want to have an idea about it.Thanks :)
