Polish landlord is not letting me leave the apartment even though I am prepared to burn my deposit

So I moved into a new place in Poland with a friend, his polish girlfriend helped us with all the contracts and stuff.. but two months after moving in I find out that the apartment a lot of issues which the owner is not prepared to fix.. for instance, there is no ISP who can provide service in our area.. I just wanted to know if I can just move out by burning the deposit?

you expect that your landlord should fix it?

You should have checked that out before you rented the apartment.

well that is not the landlords responsibilty is it?
Just use your smart fone as a wifi hotspot.
