Hello,
I'm looking for flats/studios in Wroclaw city center to buy. I've been looking for new developments like these two:

lcc.pl/pol/inwestycje/17,opis,brzeska-5.html

i2development.pl/inwestycje-mieszkaniowe/kniaziewicza-16

I've been to Wroclaw several times and lived in the city for a couple of months in the past and I'm not quite sure about the location of those two developments. Any local from Wroclaw can please let me know if the area is easy to rent? Some polish friends told me the are is not that good...

Thanks

Regarding the first offer, they are mentioning it's around 10 minutes by foot from the main square. I'd say it's actually around 25 to 30 by foot. These developers they often do that, but it's a blatant lie.

I have no idea if it's just the ones I have kept an eye on or whether it's a reliable observation, but I'm reasonably sure the same lets that were available on my list a few months ago are still being advertised. In the case of at least 2, I know they're definitely not let. This is circa 1300/1500PLN a month.

I also note that some unfinished (ie interior not fitted out) properties in some areas have been hanging around unsold for ages (some of them for years). The prices on most have not been dropped while I've been watching them, however. The developers either have a lot of patience or understanding bankers, I guess.
