Great areas to stay if working in Plac Grunwaldzki (Wroclaw)?

Hi
We are moving to Wroclaw mid July and will be working in Plac Grunwaldzki, We don't intend to buy a car and want to use public transport.

Can any one suggest good areas to take an apartment (on rent) nearby.
Key Criteria are communication to centre of city, safety, access to parks and health clubs

the only problem here is that the one down the road or across town is better.


most areas of wroclaw are safe

The obvious answer would be Sępolno or Biskupin... but supposedly there would be some road repair near the Zwierzyniecki bridge... so there may be some transportation issues. Still there is Szczytnicki bridge, maybe something in that direction would do.
