Need advice on selling two properties in Warsaw, good real estate agents recommendation

I own 2 properties in Warsaw, in Mokotov and Novy Wilanow, which I would like to sell. They are currently managed by a company called emmerson zarzadzanie which have offered to market the properties on my behalf.

My question is, could you recommend any other good real estate agents who could also market the properties on my behalf, in order to maximize the chance of them being sold and/or getting higher offer prices.

Emmerson are as good (and bad) as most of the better agencies. What you might want to do is go for an exclusive agency agreement (where they get paid regardless of how the flat is sold), agencies always make much more effort that way.

One piece of advice: buy a prepay SIM card to use while selling these properties and set up a special email account too.

Just to give you an indication your place in Nowy Wilanow the going rate is around 6-7,000 Zlotys per meter in this market. The price in Mokotow depending on building/location is around 8/9,000 meter


It is not really a time for achieving higher prices more just to get out, expect to be squeezed buyers want to smell blood.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to indicate that I do not live in Poland, nor do I intend to fly there in order to sell the properties in person.

Essentially, I am looking for the best local agency/agencies I can use to sell the properties on my behalf. Any recommendation is highly welcome.

The sale process involves notaries and if you want to give someone power to sell it on your behalf then prepare for colossal hassle.

For the amount of money involved i would honestly invest tye few hundred dollars in a flight to close the transaction.

I wonder where one can find some ranking or customer feedback on the real estate agents in Poland. Could someone here perhaps shed some light on the Warsaw based agency Inwestor, owned by Wojciech and Agata Kuc?
