Does anyone know more about this? It was set up by some Polish immigrants in Berlin, and appears to enjoyed considerable success. I wonder if anyone here has attended one of their events, or seen the film that they inspired, Die Ostseeerweiterung? It's particularly interesting that they achieved mainstream recognition in Germany.

Despite its easy-going name the Polish Failures Club has a serious intention. It is dedicated to fiascos, to disappointments, in short to failure. Its members are convinced that failure is an integral part of life.

It's interesting. I am surprised, however, that their headquarters is in central Berlin (Berlin-Mitte) which doesn't seem such a big failure after all.

Die Ostseeerweiterung?

That's actually a not bad film.

Most of the Polish community in Berlin live around Lichtenberg; a few OK bars and cafes.
