Tough luck, I doubt there are many Poles in Dubai (other than possible contract workers). You can surely get bigos in the Polish embassy - uae-embassy.ae/Embassies/pl (if not, they may be able to point you to the right people there ;).

They're an embassy rather than a shop, however maybe the Ambassador's husband or wife will knock a pan up for a few zl ;-)

Seriously, all principal ingredients are available in the shops including the sausage. Not that it's bigos weather right now in the UAE.
