i have a friend from korea who lived for a number of years in london , she married with an european citizen who only was married with her just for help her so she could stay.

after 5 years this yellow friend meet a guy and had a kid with him , before to have the kid , she decide to have the kid in korea, and divorcied of the european citizen . thinking that she will get married with the father of the kid

now she is in korea and the guy who she had a kid with, is with another woman.

so now she is stuck in korea with the baby and she only can come to england with a tourist visa and the father cant see his baby.

the father of the baby is saying that he will get maried with her , but i guess that he will not do that.

what are the chances of her and the baby to return to stay in the uk?
will she get any benefits with having an european father?
will immigration kick their yellows asses back to korea?

The child can return to Europe as a citizen when he/she is 18. The mother has no right to reside in Europe while raising the child. The top EU court has upheld this ruling.

Hundreds of cases of Nigerian women having babies in Ireland and trying to stay on the basis their child is Irish born and therefore a citizen. They have been deported with the child and the child can return on his Irish passport at 18 only.

Seriously, she deserves to be there in Korea.

She didn't deserve to live here in the first place as the marriage was bogus.

Being a "yellow" person myself, I am seriously pissed off by people like your friend.

Because of such disrespectful people who have absolutely no regards whatsoever to this country nor its integrity as a sovereign state, the immigration regulations in the UK are becoming tighter and the hurdle higher and higher EVERY F**KING YEAR.

We, non-EEA nationals, can't even get married without a permission from the home office now, thanks to low-life criminals like your friend.

WE ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH S#IT LIKE THAT HERE.

Tell her not to even think about coming back here.

I did no think that Korea was such a bad place to live and she would be better off being with her immediate family anyways, since the father is not interested in his baby. She should think about the benefit of the baby not about hers alone anymore.

Back in the UK I see Yoshi...WB :D

As for immigration be prepared for it to get even tougher and yes its partly due to bogus marriages, bogus colleges, bogus jobs, bogus finances, bogus qualifications, bogus documents, mass chain immigration and none integration...the list is endless really...take your pick.

As to Espana's friend...Its her child I feel for, Korea isnt the most multi-culti country in the world so its possible the kid's going to have a tough time! It was a bad move on her behalf to have the child in Korea...But she's made her bed she must lie in it..visa routes apart from spousal / family ones are limited...

I just hope the family accept the child...

What is wrong with your so called friend (I have a feeling you use that term loosely)? Having a child out of wedlock & single motherhood isn't accepted in Korea. It's a very conservative country. And I agree with the comment about it not being a multicultural place and feeling sorry for the child
