The tax officer has the right to demand a proof that money came from a prostitution.It is up to the officer to evaluate such evidences In this case she was fined which means she couldn`t prove the source of the money .Probably earned in some illegal way like drug , alcohol , cigarettes smugling , organized crime etc .
