I wonder why and how can we massage this dialectical ebb to our advantage?

By opposing the scourge known as leftism.
Everywhere you can, this forum included, call them out on their idiotic globalist agendas, argue with them, shame them, demand answers, and above, never, ever adopt their terms like "progressive", "liberal", "reproductive rights", "gay rights".... unless in quotes and as sarcasm.

I wonder why and how can we massage this dialectical ebb to our advantage?

Well, let's start with the fact that young Poles turning to the right is a positive thing for Poland.

Second thing is that Polish nationalism is based on different values than German national chauvinism.

Third question is that Poles, unlike Germans, don't have to be ashamed of their nationalism.

I like the subject and the title except for the last word - "right".

The leftist are already drooling to turn it into far-right, ultra-right, alt-right, or any other "right" - as long as it's derogatory.
A better way of saying the same thing would be: Poland's young voters more patriotic.

As of today, the leftist slime didn't make patriotism a dirty word just yet. They will try when they get the memo from Soros, so, before that happens, we have to claim the word as ours, just as homos did "gay".

Wouldn't the term "opinion"? be substituted here for "fact." ?

Poles, unlike Germans, don't have to be ashamed of their nationalism.

Opinion

They were also campaigning with slogans like "Polen-Invasion stoppen" (Stop the Polish invasion) in East Germany

Does that mean they prefered the Bangladeshi, the Maroccan, the Libyans and the Middle Easterners in general over the Polish?

The number of Poles working in Mecklemburg-Vorpommern has increased threefold since 2013 and has now reached the level of 7600 - says Heiko Mirassa of the Greifswald Arbeitsamt. Most of them commute to the workplace in Germany from Poland, but some have decided to settle permanently in Mecklemburg-Vorpommern - adds the NDR radio station.

Very few people in Poland would declare themselves as 'nationalist'. They would describe themselves as 'patriots', but 'patriot' and 'nationalist' sound an entirely different thing to the Polish ear.

Nationalist get less than 1% of votes in either local or national elections.

Nah,fact.
What have Poles got to be ashamed of?
We don't share The German shame.

Nationalist get less than 1% of votes in either local or national elections.

You wouldn't believe it from the fantasies online of Polish "patriots" abroad, though.

And so you obfuscate......
Ziem clearly defined the difference between Nationalists and Patriots.
But you chose to ignore that.
Your bias is exposed.

You personaly are not guilty of the crimes of your ancestors.
But your country is.

The modern Federal Republic of Germany isn't responsible for crimes committed by the German Reich. There's no legal continuity.

More obfuscation.....Germany as a country bears the guilt.

My country has as much shame as Sweden for 30 years war or Italy for the sack of Carthago.

We don't share The German shame.

Sometimes you write as a true-blooded Brit, and now you write as a Pole...what is it, Milo?

And I really doubt you can play the shame-game with AfD-Weimarer! No "sorry" from him...that's the price!

My country has as much shame as Sweden for 30 years war or Italy for the sack of Carthago.

I could argue against that but the fact that you admit some shame is enough for me.

More obfuscation.....Germany as a country bears the guilt.

Only if you agree that Poland also has guilt over the numerous pogroms against Jews and Ukrainians.

Both. Are split loyalties too hard for you to comprehend?

Only if you agree that Poland also has guilt over the numerous pogroms against Jews and Ukrainians

Do you seriously want to compare that to the mass murder and holocaust perpetrated by The Germans?

Does that mean they prefered the Bangladeshi, the Maroccan, the Libyans and the Middle Easterners in general over the Polish?

Nah, they are a bit like the old National Front in Britain. Hating anyone and anything foreign. It seems that people like Weimarer and Rich Mazur have already forgotten what happened in Rostock in 1992 ... if they heard about it at all, that is. The NPD is ten times as bad.

Most of them commute to the workplace in Germany from Poland, but some have decided to settle permanently

I remember reading about Poles buying up cheap houses in some of the almost deserted towns on the German-Polish border. They live in Germany and work in Poland.

Hating anyone and anything foreign.

Indeed. Some here on the forum seem to be under the illusion that only muslims, africans and arabs are the kind of foreigners those peoole despises. Instead they blame Eastern Europeans for higher competitions in the low wage sector, and noticeable increase in crime since the Eastern enlargement of the EU. It is worth noting that the border area to Poland has since then seen a remarkeable increase in burglaries and theft.

Well, let's start with the fact that young Poles turning to the right is a positive thing for Poland.

Don`t get so excited about Polish youth turning right. It is a temporary phenomenon, a result of the atmosphere of zealous patriotic nationalism created by PiS government since 2015. The youth traditionally like to follow things they consider trendy. When PiS loses power, the situation will get normal again.

Besides, it doesn`t mean they will show it during elections. Young people generally don`t go to ballot.

And it reflects in the actual results.

It is worth noting that the border area to Poland has since then seen a remarkeable increase in burglaries and theft.

Brandenburg in particular. I remember the stories in 2007 well, and not to mention how Poles were subjected to violence and harassment in the early 1990's in places like Frankfurt (Oder). Anyone that believes that the AfD or NPD are going to be nice and cuddly towards Poles while hating Muslims is living in a fantasy land.

You mean word manipulation in this manner...?

Precisely. Words, first, to mentally incapacitate. Guns and prisons, later, to prevent "oh, f***, they lied to me. What have I done!!!" post-fact reaction.
Hence, useful idiots - a term too mild considering the damage these dupes usually cause.
The American version of "oh, f***, they lied to me. What have I done!!!" repeated with frightening regularity is:

"Oh, f***, they lied to me again. What have I done again!!!"

Makes you wonder why the right wingers all across Europe are so keen to dismantle the EU and bring back nationalism from the dead. Seems they have forgotten what price had to be paid to defeat that ideology in both world wars. So what do these people want? Bring back the British Empire? Reanimate the Third Reich? Make the USSR great again? Makes no sense, and Poland would probably lose in the end.

why the right wingers all across Europe are so keen to dismantle the EU

Just a suggestion: Because the EU was imposed by the European ruling class, because the plan was not fully disclosed before hand, because the slave class was never asked if they like the idea....

You know, insignificant s*** like this.
Tacitus  2 | 1248

imposed by the European ruling class, because the plan was not fully disclosed before hand, because the slave class was never asked if they like the idea...

None of this is true. Back then when the foundation of the EU was laid in the 1950s, it was a veey much part of the political discourse. Politicians who lobbied for it (e.g. Adenauer, De Gaulle) were reelected several times. And since then politicians have always been hobest with their intention to deepen integration.

Makes you wonder why the right wingers all across Europe are so keen to dismantle the EU

Because as long as the EU exists, it continues to deny their own core convictions: That can build a peaceful and prosperous Europe through cooperation and moderation.

Because the EU was imposed by the European ruling class

A United States of Europe was originally Churchill's idea, as far as I know, and nobody was ever forced to join. Not in 1951, not in 1985, and not in 2004. Or was there someone holding a gun to Poland's head? Insignificant sh*it like this, you know...

None of this is true.

As is so typical of the justifiers, you are in the full denial mode.
You are too smart not to know the difference between political slogans and fine print. The ruled slaves were never given the fine print, the legalese and the final version BEFORE they could form an opinion and vote in a referendum..
