Well, big buissness opprotuinity for anyone who has an idea of how to make cheese then. Teach the Poles and profit! Besides money, you'll also get an eternal gratitude of the Polish people.
Honestly, while the oscypki made in Podhale out of the sheep milk are wonderful, especially if fried and eaten in the mountains with the snow all around you and after a long, hard day of walking/skiing; and our white "twarog" or a cottage cheese can also prove to be excellent, pretty much noone can manufacture and sell us a decent quality yellow cheese for sandwiches.
