Speaking of Pauls' son, I thought this an amusing graphic. The power of satire through art can not be underestimated.

It doesn't rly matter even if he bombs some airbase. Assad won this war. The Syrian opposition like FSA is done for. America lost this war the only thing it has is some people out in small revel held pockets. Russia and Iran are backing up Assad and they've already won. Us is just drawing it out which makes life even worse for civilians. That's all they can do. Plus terrorists also had gas yet every time there's a gas attack automatically assad is blamed as of only his side had chemical weapons. And when us uses white phosphorous and depleted uranium oh thats totally fine.

Where chemical weapons even used is the question.
We need some cool heads here before Trump starts showering down missals.
The specialists "found no traces of the use of chemical agents" after searching the sites.
Medical specialists also visited a local hospital and found no patients that showed signs of chemical weapon poisoning.
All these facts show that no chemical weapons were used in the town of Douma, as it was claimed by the 'White Helmets' or the controversial civil defense group that was among the first to report about the alleged attack.

All the accusations brought by the White Helmets, as well as their photo's "allegedly" showing the victims of the chemical attack are nothing more than another piece of fake news and an attempt to disrupt the ceasefire in my opinion.

Hopefully the U.S. will mind their own business and continue to pull out of a war that has already been won by Putin.

No chemical weapons were used by Assad this time or the last time.

By the way, don't expect any un-biased coverage from the BBC on Syria or Russia. It's an establishment organ. Even Israelis know it's in their "hip pocket". So if Poland does something that isn't Anglo-Israeli certified then expect appropriate blowback via biased coverage.

if he bombs some airbase.

Hi Dirk, Israel did that, as per usual (100+ times before too)

israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/244175

And this is why the USA does nothing.

I don't think he's there window shopping for walls for the U.S. / Mexico border. Poor guy. Didn't know what he was getting himself into. Does the average Pole know this stuff?

I don't see the problem bombing some Syrian airbases and maybe a Russian one too.

Yes, let's make sure the war drags on as long as possible and the Islamic State is fortified!

A friend in healthcare did not believe the footage of people being 'treated' after the 'gas attack' (just splashing water on them in a crowded room would dispeerse the gas to all present...

I agree Crow, I can't wait to see how the new lazar weapons work that melt tanks, burn holes through Navy ships and melt aircraft in flight.

healthcare did not believe the footage of people being 'treated'

My first thoughts too.
You don't think it could be another "Wag the Dog" do you ?

@shockedInpoland

Yea, liberals are really anti-war until its on "humanitarian" grounds, and then we see SHAMELESS articles by The Guardian banging the drums of war. Very humanitarian, where no doubt thousands of civilians will die even with the most sophisticated smart bombs. You should be ashamed of yourself for saying something like that, its disgusting and easy for you to say when you have never seen the results of the **** you're advocating.

Trump must be salivating over the thought of being yet another American mass murdering President. Anything to feed the American military-industrial machine, with bombs being dropped by cowards who hide behind the uniform.

Calm down

They are going to fire some missiles at an airbase or two. Thats it.

No chance of anything else, because it would be pointless. There is no sign of anything else happening and no achievable aim.

This is coming from a coward the hides behind a keyboard all day and provokes people! Thanks for the morning laugh!! DelpiaDope!!!

You pretend like you actually know the President is thinking and seemingly have a sick fantasy about this man.

Shut up and die already.

How about these European keyboard warriors...lol

They would be the first ones to go run and hide. Also, have noticed how the Limey Lounge believes they are the authority on all subjects?

Look at the Americans, they've already started to back down now that they know that there could be retaliation. Like a typical bully, they're all mouth and little action.

Pathetic. No wonder Trump abuses the American military as being full of cowards and inept fools.

Where you get this info from, teen vogue? Did you get fired from the school again or is Vlad paying you now?

Like a typical bully, they're all mouth and little action.

This is your exact behavior and you point fingers at other people? Youre a hypocrite as well.
As for being a coward, you already proved to the forum and its well documented that you ran away like a little girl when Adrian came to your town...hahahaha!

It's right there. First was the warning, and now Draft Dodger Don is now saying "maybe".

Yes, you are a loud mouthed TROLL just like any typical chicken **** punk.
Why the Mods have not given you a TROLLING WARNING yet today is very surprising.

One can only wonder why the Americans are interfering now that the war is almost over. Could it be that the military-industrial machine can't find a fresh target yet, and so they want to pick on a significantly smaller country with limited capabilities just to keep things ticking?

Shame on the USA, like always. Can't they just keep out of a conflict that doesn't concern them for once? Trump used to be very quick to condemn involvement, but now he's changed his mind. How fickle

why the Americans are interfering now that the war is almost over

two ideas, one smaller scale one more speculative...

they want it to go on because with various middle eastern factions are at each others' throats, they're distracted from Israel..

also... the world is undergoing a gradual change from the nation state model to the ...... state (different names, I've heard 'market state' 'fluid state' 'post nation state')

similar large scale political changes in the past were usually accompanied by vast destructive wars, a policy worked out during the Clinton administration is to keep a number of smaller scale conflicts going that neither end nor expand out of control... they want to keep Syria going to prevent a larger conflagration from starting

I wonder if you would have a different outlook if the President of your country was using banned chemicals to kill you, your children, your families and relatives.

I suspect you might suddenly be singing a different tune about any country that stepped in to help stop it.

Could it be that the military-industrial machine can't find a fresh target yet

Because when neocons and Zionists run the largest industry in the US, every nail must be hammered...

f the President of your country was using banned chemicals to kill you, your children, your families and relatives.

Unfortunately, President Trump isn't familiar with something called due process even though I'm sure he's heard of the phrase 'innocent until proven guilty.' And that's exactly it - where is the proof? Okay, let's assume in fact Assad DID in fact gas some people. Normally, such incidents are investigated before a conclusion is reached and a party blamed. Trump, along with his hawk cheerleader Bolton don't care - they just want to establish Greater Israel already and weaken the Shia corridor right on Israel's doorstep. Well, Russia, Iran and Hezbollah were invited into Syria by the democratically elected president - US was NOT. That's the difference.

Also, I'd take a chemical attack like Assad did ANYDAY over the weapons US/West uses. At least with chlorine mustard etc gases you have a chance to survive. And if you die from a nerve agent at least it's quick and painless. Much better IMO than being wiped out by cluster bombs, steel rain, etc. and everyone in your town growing deformed body parts for generations thanks to depleted uranium rounds like US used in Iraq. They go into a country, **** it up, get their people in charge, then have IMF and other Zionist banks loan the country money at ridiculous interest rates putting the people in poverty due to unserviceable debt for basically eternity. In Syria US won't get the chance to do that and I couldn't be happier that finally someone is resisting their extortions.

Everyone knows that the Syrian war is over - the US is just dragging it out to make it more miserable for everyone and so Trump can say he got rid of ISIS and terrorists even though the US did a fraction of what Russia and even Iran/Hezbollah did. In fact, US spent $500 mil to arm 'moderate Rebels' which were known to be affiliated/members of Nusra Front and other Salafi/Wahabi groups. They armed the same 'terrorists' that the neocons and hawks go on TV and say they want to eliminate.... ******* ridiculous... it is a smart plan though in a way because if you ever so often arm/support your 'enemy' then obviously it'll take more resources, money, manpower, taxes, etc. to fight those people than if you never armed/supported them. It was that way in the 80's with Taliban, 90-2000's with ISI/Al-Qaeda in Pakistan along with arming poppy farmers and traders in Afghanistan, then the 'moderate rebels' in Syria and Iraq. Same bs, different time period.

Syrian war was has been over for a while... and Assad and my main man Putin have clearly won... If the US wants to make it miserable for all civilians still living in Syria so be it - which Assad unequivocally pardoned so the country can start rebuilding together - its only going to cause more tensions between US and Russia which could even break out into war. Russia is far poorer than US and has way less equipment but I highly doubt the US would ever challenge a nuclear power - that's the whole reason why they've never even struck North Korea. They're all talk but when it comes down to it they can only bully non nuclear armed nations - and Russia does the same thing as with Ukraine. US doesn't want anyone challenging its imperialist ambitions, while Russia just wants to be left alone in its sphere - that's the difference. US imperialism is becoming harder and harder to sustain due to US now no longer being the world largest economy, less and less people in the labor force supporting such endeavors, and the increased power of China and it's allies which can do the same things the US can at a fraction of the price. Plus, China's already bested the US in terms of economics and together Russia/Iran will best Israel, the Sunni kingdoms, and US in Syria. Now it's like a tired boxer in the 10th who want to get a few last hits in before they're down for the count. that's where were at now....

'innocent until proven guilty.' And that's exactly it - where is the proof?

Fresh off the press:
France has proof the Syrian government carried out a chemical weapons attack last week.
Macron said Paris had established that the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had used chemical weapons, including chlorine, on April 7 in the town of Douma.

He did not provide any details on the evidence or how it was acquired.
Putin was on the news today telling his citizens to stock up on supplies like oatmeal and honey that have long shelf life as a nuclear war with Washington is on the horizon.

I read that article this morning. So what kind of evidence is that exactly? If this were a court case in the US and most developed countries, even a civil one, it'd be tossed out immediately...

'Yeah I have evidence, but I can't show it to you, can't tell you about it, can't tell you how I got it, or any other details....' sounds like BS to me... or at least BS till proven otherwise

So now US is all concerned about gas attacks? If he used cluster bombs or depleted uranium would they still be complaining? What about if they allied with the US, as Saddam was in the 80's against Iran when he gassed the Kurds and US did nothing - perhaps if you're a US ally, or at least enemy of an enemy, it's permissible to gas your own population.

Obama could have prevented all this WAAAY early on - but he was too weak, a man with no balls. He cowered at the sight of Putin. He belongs in a position of preaching SJW Marxist tenets to a circle of antifa basement dwellers, feminists, and BLM - not standing up to strongmen. Putin took advantage because the US dropped the ball.

There is no court and no case to prove, the comparison is invalid.
