Poland is a perfect country for retirees.
Their dollar (Euro) goes a long ways.
Here in the U.S. these places are called, "Independent Living" complexes.
They have everything an older person needs including three nice cafeteria style meals per day, games, live music, movies, physical therapists, registered nurses, nurses aids, beauty salons, Wi-Fi, a bus to and from town or doctors appointments plus they are allowed to have their own car.
All of that employs a lot of younger compassionate people to look after them when their kids don't have the time to.
Their children pay big money to have their elderly parents out of the way and taken care of and the wealthy parents don't mind spending their children's inheritance that don't have time for them.
These places charge a minimum of $ 4,000 per month and most double that here in the U.S.
What an opportunity for Poland.
