Coup d'état taking shape in Poland with Soros in background?

More and more information is emerging to suggest that a Polish Maidan is now being planned. Bartosz Kramek, who heads the Sorosesque Open Dialogue Fondation whcih helped shape and influence Kyiv's Maidan, has revealed plans on how to carry out a similar putsch in Poland. His Ukrainian wife Ludmila Kozlovska serves as liasion with the sinister Hungarian-Jewish speculator George Soros. Similar instructions have been provided by Michał Broniatowski who set up an internet TV channel Espresso TV which also played an important role in the Ukrainian upheaval. The son of Jewish Stalinists (his father was sentenced by Free Poland for communist subversion in the 1930s), Broniatowski, chief editor of Forbes Monthly, has provided point by point instructions on how to bring about a coup in Poland. That includes:

**finding a socially relevant cause to MOBILISE YOUNG PEOPLE (the sudden appearanace of youth in Wrocław, Gdańsk and Warsaw is obviously part of an organised campaign)

**Initially MINOR SCUFFLES WITH POLICE (that is already happening at Smolensk obsevances and judicial protests)
**MPs (supporting the coup) must be prepared to SET UP TENTS at a moment's notice marked with signs "Biuro Poselskie" (MP Bureau) as that will give them parliamentary immunity

**creation of SELF-DEFENCE UNITS with the proviso that "we should take great pains to avoid a provocation"
**Constant presence of ENTERETAINERS ON STAGE (this is a new element in Poland's protest wave, based on the conviction that nothing whips up emotions better than rousing protest songs).

**Clergy support (here the non-Catholic Broniatowski showed he was out of sync with Poland's heartbeat since the Churchoverwhelmingly supports Law and Justice).

Yes, but it was the Wałęsa-led plotters that actually succeeded. And that was what launched the never-ending Polish-Polish war that has poisoned the country ever since. Constitutional Tribunal is bound by law as well and the instances where some judges of the Constitutional Tribunal claimed to make a ruling where not legal according to the law about the Constitutional Tribunal at that time

Art. 195.1 "Judges of the Constitutional Court, in executing their office, are independent and bound only by the Constitution". But I do completely understand that you and Wulky neither know nor care what the Constitution says.


Your argument is not only directly contradicted by the Polish constitution but also logic. If a constitutional tribunal were to be bound by laws about the constitutional tribunal, all a government which had 50% + 1 vote in the Sejm would need to do to completely remove that constitutional tribunal would be to pass a law stating that before voting on any decision of the constitutional tribunal a constitutional tribunal judge would need to remove his/her own head with a chainsaw. Then the government would be able to correctly state that because the constitutional tribunal had passed a decision in breach of binding law that decision was invalid. Fortunately the writers of the constitution saw that potential weakness and so addressed it with Art. 195.1.

Re July 2017 -- It was all part of hotting up the amtosphere on both sides of the barridcade. Wałęsa said on FB that 15 PiS people hsould be arested and someone passed it on adding three zeroes. I happened to see it online at the 15,000 stage.

Just like the oppositon is still waiting for a 5AM knock ont he door and claimed a PiS-controlled High Court would annul election results it disapproved of. The amoutn of BS ciruclating over the past 2 weeks has certianly set a record, probably even more codswallop than in your posts.
