Harry: Americans such as you are politely told to keep out of polling stations.

The topic of this thread is the Warsaw recall election, I was pointing out that Americans who try to take part in the election will at best be politely asked to leave the polling station.
But let's talk about whether pseudo-Poles who live in Warsaw be allowed to vote in the recall election? Should the kind of person who won't even bother to get a single piece of paper be allowed to have a say in which the city of Varsovians is run?
imo people with polish papers shoiuld live for about 15 yrs before having a right to vote.
I've live in Warsaw for more than 15 years, although I'd be allowed to vote in the recall election if I'd only moved here a few months ago.
