I don't understand what you have written. Ah, now I understand. Why? Because there are far too many ad hominem attacks on this forum and too much abuse already. Lots of heat and very little light. OK, I accept that you have every right to believe that "there is no such thing as racism in Polish football".

Look, Poland is not going to introduce orwellian laws, like the British ones, so you may as well stop trying. I cannot imagine what could be an alternative reason behind these recent attacks on Poland. Liberals, liberals, they never change.

There is no such a thing as racism in polish football.

Even the players themselves say that they've been victims of racism in the past. Do keep trying.

Redneck - I would include the management at secondary schools in England that strangely didn't want to know about my Polish wife's teaching abilities. That's racism.

Could that be because the Polish teacher training system is somewhat of a joke and it in no way prepares students for the reality of the classroom?

A friend of mine (totally monolingual) obtained the 'right to teach' by attending an EU-funded pedagogical course. 80% attendance was required, no exams and assessment. And the first stage was completed on the basis of made-up paperwork, hastily compiled at the end of the first year. He now has full rights to teach in the EU, despite actually learning nothing.

I don't agree with you, as well you know. Not only is your "statement inaccurate"; it is also disingenuous.mwords are not 'cheap' and words and actions reinforce each other. There is only one race, and racist behaviour must be stopped, decisively and right away.

I didn't expect you to agree with me, just like I don't agree with you either.
Very often people say things without taking any actions, it's a fact of life.

"There's only one race"? excuse me??? Read it again what you said, Jon. If you said, we're all humans, I'd agree with you but saying that there's only one race, makes your "statement very inaccurate", right, Jon? ;-)

how do you think Poland should tackle the horrendous problems it has with racism in football?

It's not "Poland" but entities organizing football matches in Poland (so as far as I know: Ekstraklasa SA and PZPN) having some problems with racism among some people attending their events. If by solving the problem you mean doing it English style (pushing such people out of the stadiums and pretending that the problem doesn't exist anymore) then English methods would probably work fine here as well, so heavily fining both clubs and individuals... ocasionally it is done in Poland but apparently not effectively enough.

I cannot imagine what could be an alternative reason behind these recent attacks on Poland. Liberals, liberals, they never change.

There must be something more... hard to say now what it is...

English football was utterly racist until recently, how much it is now is debatable. English teams were banned from Europe for 5 years, so I can under stand why England wants to lecture other countries on their behavior.

However. the fact is Football has a racism issue and its not just in England, Poland or whatever; UEFA acknowledge it with the 'Respect' slogan.

Oh so that's it. *nods* Now I get it. Brits want the same for Poland. They are just bitter about that ban. It's not about ending racism. More about what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I still have no idea why some people go absolutely rabid at these football games. I mean, it's just a game. It's not like it's the battle of the century ffs.

People have "racism" on-the-brain. If fights break out between Poland and Russia, today: is that "racism" too?

Sure, rivalries exist, no need to fight over it. Just kick back and enjoy the game. Support your team and cheer them on. Why not just leave it at that?
