PIS propaganda on Warsaw public transport

Today I saw in a tramway here in Warsaw PIS propaganda. No leaflets but fixed to the wall. I think that is completely unacceptable, public transport is a neutral place, isn't it?

How about you tell us what it said?!?! I'm actually curious, even though i don't really follow Polish politics. Oh right you can't, you don't speak Polish. Good night, głupku.

although i'm not fond of them, i cannot see why PIS shouldn't be allowed to buy space to put their ads like anyone else (including on trams)...

Law allows to hire space on public transport and put advertisements there.

Look at Krakow tram which originally was blue:

PiS are just slogan bandits! They haven't a prayer. JK has a bad image and many vote based on that. No amount of wasted paper will change that.

You seem to have a huge hang up over people not speaking Polish. Could it be that you're projecting your own inabilities onto others?

(using words like "głupku" is nothing impressive, I know 2 year olds who use such language)

But it is more derogatory to say ty głupku in Polish than silly in English!

How about you tell us what it said?!?

Actually I speak Polish. "Wolność i Gospodarka" was written on it.
For the same matter, I think no political party should be allowed to campaign on public transport.
And as a EU citizen I can only vote in European and local elections. (EU legislation).

yes, but an a non-Pole you are not allowed to criticize anything in Poland, since you don't have the ability to see and understand the real Poland.

So I will help you to understand the realPoland;)

Yes I am allowed to do so very much. I live here for ages, pay my taxes and ZUS here faithfully. So much more than your average bigoted US Polonia member.

I see the real Poland everyday, and I do not think PIS should be part of that.

But you are stupid/bigoted enough to violate the "cisza wyborcza", which BTW is a criminal offence.
Polish people have the right to vote in Polish elections, no matter where they live at the moment - unlike foreigners who happen to live in Poland as long as they get a good paycheck. Respect Polish law or leave.

Wrong. The server isn't in Poland - so it doesn't come under Polish law.

Respect Polish law or leave.

Hahaha. We could say the same to the multitude of PiS "patriots".

Anyway, discussing Polish politics by "expats" who have no right to vote is pathetic. It's like a discussion about sex among impotents. American Polonia has already started voting - I think they are laughing at you.

I was sarcastic Sobieski:). Of course you are allowed, we live in a free world:). I live in Poland too and I am voting tomorrow:)

MyMom- everybody has the right to be interested in Polish politics :).

Impotents can't have sex? Well I never ;)

If you accept that PO are going to win anyway, how is delph discussing politics here (it is a forum after all) in any worse a position?? So a Polish person with only a passing interest in politics votes for the weakest party out there and he's somehow in a better position than delph. Really??

They all are voting for Dmowski, because they have no idea the world moved on :)

Oh yes I do. Longing for the świętokrzyskie brigade, are you? As probably half of these US Polonia people are doing (I was going to write Polacks, but this seems to be discriminating)

@sobieski
You obviously have no brain. When YOU say Poles shouldn't vote for party X, their automatic reaction will be to vote for party X, unless it's some kind of a plot on your part... but wait - no - you are too dense for that.

BTW you didn't mention Jews and Czechs recently - you are lagging behind on your quota!

Classic british response:)

It is you who is bitter about not being able to speak Polish despite living in Poland for a least 2 years, whereas I've been living in Canada much of my life and can speak the language quite well. Utterly pathetic.

Haaha. No, actually, most Poles will vote against Party X anyway.

you are too dense for that.

Let's be honest - you and your type are going to get electorally humiliated anyway. Roll on 21:00.

It is you who is bitter about not being able to speak Polish

Who said I can't speak the language? A Callan teacher? hhahaha.

Merged: Komorów, Gmina Michałowice (Maz.) - propaganda triumphs!

Komorów is a little, affluent commuter-belt town to the west of Warsaw. Gmina Michałowice is a district authority with no sense of community whole - just minor localized self-serving cliques. Not PiS or PO, just dumbos.

So, when faced with "investing" millions in a huge civic building that everyone calls Ratusz or keeping local services ticking along, they decided to be bold and close a successful liceum in Komorów and ship the unhappy kids to schools in Pruszków. And try to get the Powiat to take financial responsibility. The teachers, obviously, will simply leave as fast as possible.

The reasons given are that Komorów liceum was just producing good quality humanities and medical students, whereas technical schools in Pruszków are the way ahead. Real education for real people.

You now hear voices everywhere speaking in loud agreement of this propaganda. It's so depressing to see so many people falling for the basest, most transparent propaganda even when the truth is clear to see.
