Kaczorowski should be reburied at Wawel

The Alliance of Polish Veterans and Independence Organisations is calling
for the reburial of Poland’s last émigré President Ryszard Kaczorowski
at Krakow’s Wawel Castle-Cathedral complex, Wprost.pl has reported. The
recent exhumation of his grave showed his remains had been mixed up with
that of another Smolensk air-crash victim. Poland’s First Couple Lech and
Maris Kaczyński, who died in the crash, were buried at Wawel despite
protests by anti-PiS circles.

And why are you posting this? I too can copy and paste meaningless "news" tidbits that have the word Poland in them with no personal feedback or even relevance to anything whatsoever. The difference is I have a life, and that although your post is absolutely devoid of any content, unlike mine, my post will soon be deleted for only yours to stay. Oh well.

But there is something of note in what you posted:

despite protests by anti-PiS circles.

Yup. "anti-PIS circles". So now I know where you get your news from. So PiS rules, Jews and PO sucks, what else...

And why are you posting this?

hey you naked-ass, it is information about Poland. What your issue? Winter is coming and your titbits are cold?

Krakow's Wawel Castle-Cathedral complex

That is some kind of mania, everybody should have been reburied at Wawel? What Kaczorowski has ever done for Poland so expectational? Kosciuszko was buried there because he was a myth and symbol(regardless the fact that he is responsible for the last partition of Poland)

Kaczynski because of the Smolensk crash and a fact that he was a descent president of Poland. I think that he should be buried in Warsaw. Actually only Marshal really deserves place among the Kings.

Kaczorowski nay!

Kaczorowski nay!

wrong!
Kaczorowski was a president of Poland, retired, but when he died he was performing very special representative duties.
I am sure you all know the history(?):
the official and legal government of Poland during WWII in London requested Red Cross investigation after graves of Polish officers
were discovered in Katyn in 1943. Stalin used this as a pretext to break up formal relations with this government and forced
governments of GB and the US to follow later. The pretext was that the officers were murdered by Germans which was a lie known
almost immediately in the West. Then Stalin installed puppet communist government in Poland and again US and GB gave it its
recognition and legitimacy.
During Soviet occupation of Poland, the London government was the real government of Poland for Polish people, except of course
the communist thugs that learned Polish and were running the puppet government.
Therefore President Kaczorowski was a very important figure and should be buried in Wawel. Actually the room where President Kaczynski
is buried should be converted to 'Smolensk room' and all victims of Smolensk murder should be buried there. It will happen.

They should both be moved or the cathedral in Warsaw (where the first Polish president is buried), or to Powązkowski civil or military cemetery.

Only kings, queens and enduring genuine national heroes should lie in Wawel.

Hardly. It split into two factions at one point, and had very little credibility apart from in a symbolic sense. In terms of what they were doing, they were behaving as if Poland was still theirs - which was nonsense. They also didn't help themselves by having the government in London rather than in Washington.

Therefore President Kaczorowski was a very important figure and should be buried in Wawel. Actually the room where President Kaczynski

It certainly will not happen, not least because any concept of turning it into a Smolensk room would result in total revolt and split the Church.

As for Koczorowski - no. He was even more minor than Kaczynski. The right place for him is where he is now.

Read up if you don't know:

Fine, I know distinguished service during the war. Better than some, less than many others, why should he be an exception? Because he was President of the Polish government on exile?

As such what service he preformed for Poland?
He handed over the insignia of the presidential power of the Second Republic to President Lech Wałęsa on 22 December 1990, signifying both a recognition of the legitimacy of the government in exile and its continuity with the Third Polish Republic.

Really? should Poland be grateful for that? I mean 40 odd years of defiance to all powers, here is legal government of the independent Poland and then boom, they did nothing, just give legitimacy to government which did nothing to get right of powerful secret police and all those soviet tentacles still maintaining their grip on Poland and rendering Independence null and void word.

Polonius you maybe don't understand but Wawel is something really extraordinary is not like Arlington. In Poland there are other places which are for those who distinguished themselves in service of Poland. Wawel is something more!!!

Therefore President Kaczorowski was a very important figure and should be buried in Wawel. Actually the room where President Kaczynski
is buried should be converted to 'Smolensk room' and all victims of Smolensk murder should be buried there. It will happen.

Are you taking the ****?

God damn it. Why are posts like these allowed? I post the same thing and it's deleted within seconds. This bowel movement of a post has been here for over two days...

Anyway, "ironside', my retort:

What genius. My username... specifying the lack of a lower garment... the approaching climatic drop in temperature... a reference to my balls... it all equals comedy gold. Bravo user "ironside". I'll tell you what, we'll continue this conversation once your English improves above the "living for xyz amount of years in the UK and feigning being British due a massive inferiority-complex of being Polish" level. As by then your reading comprehension ought to improve. The answers your are looking for are in my original post. Shocking, I know.
