Jason - if the babies are born in the US (congrats btw and I mean it!) they'll automatically get the US citizenship. US is the only country I'm aware of that gives citizenship to kids who're born in the US even if the parents aren't US citizens; in most countries citizenship is related to parents' citizenship. That's why when Hong Kong was about to be handed over to China thousands of pregnant Chinese women would come to the US to give birth - they wanted a back up plan and now there are thousands of kids in Hong Kong with a US passport.
Without sounding racist - this has been practiced by Mexican mothers for generations and that's how the term "anchor babies" came about - the US authorities seldom attempt to expel mothers to US citizens as they know someone has to take care of those children. Kids -since they are American citizens - cannot be expelled (there are exceptions, usually when the mother commits a crime).
So basically if your girlfriend's (and yours of course) babies are born in the US the chances of her being expelled are very remote. However, it'll be a real pain to deal with it because as an illegal alien she won't technically have a job permit.
My suggestion - you move to Poland and marry her there - apply for a spouse visa permit for her from Poland (might take 6-12 months) - a pain in the butt but once she has her paper work y'alls life will be so much better. Friend of mine went through this with his wife a year or so ago (she is Japanese who used to have a Brasilian passport :)
If she decides later to return back to Poland when the kids turn 18 they'll have to choose what citizenship they want to maintain (unless Poland allows dual citizenship).

How can she do anything for her childrens future when she didnt have any when she decided to do it. If thats the case she got pregnant for a green card not for her children. She would have been better off marrying him and then applying right.
Contrary to popular belief most Poles are not too worried about visas anymore, they have the whole of Europe to choose from and Canada is just as accessible for them as it is me. The US is difficult for any European to get a visa let alone Poles but do you see Germans lining up getting pregnant with idiot yanks like the OP?

I don't think she will gain any right because of pregnancy best thing to do seems to get married and then searching for the way to move there.

There are plenty of opportunities for engineers in America. America is in demand for more of them especially since very few American students become engineers. I don't think it is enough that you and your partner are having children to get her an American green card. Marriage is probably the best way but I would not advise marriage unless you want to, not because you need to. If you know what I mean.

IF her kids are born in the US the kids (not the mom) will automatically become US citizens - they won't need a green card. That's the law.
However the mom will need to apply for a green card. Unless she marries the father and then she'll get a work permit 12-18 months later and a temporary green card a year thereafter. After 5 years as a green card holder (sometimes 3) she can become a citizen if she wants.

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.[2

If US allowed overseas women who have got pregnant from US guys, then, millions of women and children around the world could have filled the US and could have made population about 1 billion.
