If she has a normal Polish family there will be massive pressure to marry. Would advise caution and a dna test, she will suit herself at both (you and other guy) your expense.

But she told me that her American friends thought it was normal. You know, I've been living in the U.S. all my life, but I don't consider paternity test in long-term relationship as a norm. It should be! There is a small minority of women who think nothing of getting pregnant by one guy and telling another that it's his, or who sneak around on husbands/boyfriends with more 'exciting' men and think nothing of sticking the paternity (and associated costs) on the hubby.

It's a small minority of immoral women but there are enough of them that a man is a fool to fully trust any woman on paternity issues without ironclad proof (yes, a woman is a fool to fully trust any man about some other issues, yadda yadaa yadda). A woman who's not a cheater should be glad for the chance to prove to the father that the kid is his.
