India guy Polish girl

Hi, Jak sie macz... this is my first post... am an Indian guy in US... met a Polish girl in New York City and am totally attracted to her charm and beauty... I think am in love with her... we chat on facebook, had drinks with her a couple o' times... my heart wants her but she very likely doesn't have same feelings for me (its obvious coz we just met some times and am like a stranger to her)... ever since I met her, I've been trying to find out more about Poland... I visited some Polish/ukrainian restaurants in the city and ate polish food like pierogi, borshct, goulash, stroganoff, kielbasa, blintzes etc (you wont believe I was a 100% pure vegetarian all my life, but started eating non-veg since a year back)... these days am trying to learn basic polish language by listening to podcasts and videos... in short am trying to figure out the various aspects of polish culture (love changes you completely)... am not sure if the relationship will work out but so far I've enjoyed being exposed to polish culture I was ignorant about and love to discover new things...

It's fascinating to see the impact of love. Probably the best way to discover another person's culture. Polish cooking and culture have delights. I bet you were a vegetarian if you're Indian, and you eat meat now? Hehe ;-) Beware that this girl doesn't eat YOU ;-) Well, good luck anyway. But be carefully, it gives you wings but the landing could be more of a crash if you misunderstand her intentions about you. Anyway, you should enjoy as much as you can those moments spent with her, as it seems they bring you a lot of positive things...

hehe... well i've had some crash landings b4... so I dont mind having another one... am just enjoying the flight ;) it feels good to enjoy the small things in life with a positive outlook... btw this forum is really kool... discovered a lot from these threads...

There's several steps to successfull relationship here.

1. Take pictures of her from hiding.
2. Cover your basement walls, ceiling and floor with said pictures.
3. Slip her a rape pill.
4. When she wakes up in your basement tell her how much you love her and show the pics as proof.

Yeah - agree. To know other cultures is good. But to throw out your own so easily - it's not necessary a good thing.

I am indian doc too in UK, NYCVIBS this was me 2 yrs back when i meet a polish woman, one thing we indians lack is confidence, i have to say alot of the polish women like our skin, food and culture- what they dont like is lack of confidence, being needy and doing too much to prove your love.

2 yrs down the lane, i am confident, with my polish love(though its not the same girl- she rejected me, i had hard times, womenised polish girls for sometime to feel the revenge and then now back to normal). but its amazing its like the indians girls without the bad qualities, like the british girls minus the arrogance but with commitment to family life.

If she wanted to date someone who knows Polish culture, then she would date a Pole. If you want to catch her attention it would be better to show her how interesting is YOUR country and culture.

No self-respecting woman will date a guy who keeps showing her that she's somehow better and more interesting than him. This sort of behaviour only reasserts her belief that she deserves more.

Vetala- you nailed it, this was what i was trying to say to him, in indian culuture the man express his love showing self suffering, putting woman on the pedestal(that she is an angel and he is ordinary) unfortunately it doesnt work in a practical world(even back in india at present).

But i wish this guy is true to what he is saying not just trying to score this blonde and then marry a mom's choice bride from india.

None of them were raised in the old country though.

Indians are totally unattractive.Blacks although some have beautiful bodies are unattractive as well.I think only very desperate whites can go for them.It is a pity some polish males have gone this path of despair(I suppose from what I hear about the UK).

I think that being attracted to somebody is a very individual matter and does not depend only on physical appearance...I believe there are more reasons why you feel attracted to somebody... having read your comment I could not refrain myself from saying that I really feel sorry for you if you do not see any other apsects except the 'bodily' one

Not exactly.I see them here and they are not thriving particularly their best meal is still the curry.


Still white though a bit tanned by the heavy sun.Come to the south and you will become tanned as well.My polish gf is much more tanned as well(and sun friendly as well).

Curry is pretty diverse and some of the best food in the world. Anyway, I was talking about their industrial successes.

I don't tan, southern, I burn. You need a certain skin type for that.

You need to tan slowly.
