Just a thought here - has there ever been a Polish idealist form of beauty for males and females?

Maybe porucznik Żbik or kapitan Kloss (but he might be German judging by the last name ;)

So a strong, dark-haired man with a good job and a brain? ;)
And for women? :)

I dont think an ideal changes much through Europe :) its all down to personal preferences.. ;)

Intelligent, interested in the world, not over or under weight, healthy skin and hair, non-smoker, natural figure rather than huge breasts or artificially enhanced, ideally long brown hair and brown eyes, no body hair, nice legs.

I forgot to say: also not too much makeup (if any)

One of the largest makeup companies in the world produces a lot of their stuff in Poland. They do 3 sets of shades for the 3 markets that the Poland factory serves - low key and naturalistic for Western Europe, rather less natural and stronger colours for Poland, Czech and Hungary; and much more garish colours for Russia and friends.

That doesn't surprise me. I've been to Russia a couple of times and been amazed at the overdone makeup on the women there. Also they like leopardskin clothes and other unsubtle stuff. IMO Polish women are much mores stylish dressers, but a minority wear brighter and more makeup than women in some other countries. FWIW I think it's not needed: Polish women are on average very beautiful, they don't need artificial assistance :-)

BTW I'm just watching a TV programme called 'Make Leicester British'. It's about a bunch of people from Leicester, from a range of ethnicities, sharing a house together to discuss the rights and wrongs of immigration. One of them is a Polish woman called Ola. She's absolutely gorgeous! Seriously, what is it about Polish women? They're amazing!

She looks like average Swedish girl.

I thought Swedish girls were generally a lot taller and bigger built, with blue eyes. Ola looked to me typically Polish, except that she is blonde.

Nope, I travel to Sweden a lot and they are nothing like that.

There are many blondes in Poland, why would that be not typical?

I've found many Polish women to be natural brunettes, and if they are blonde often it is because they have dyed their hair. The girl in the programme, Ola, looked to me to be naturally blonde, as her eyebrows matched her hair colour. I have seen few natural blondes in Poland.
