Let's assume optimistically that about 25% of that group is shaggable.

You don't understand the notion.You can build a harem in Russia or Ukraine because women are used to the fact that few men have all the money and so they find it natural to share their wealth with other women because there is no other alternative.

In Poland girls are used to the notion that many men have some small money to give so they are available for small money meaning they take some pocket money from one man some more money from another this is how it works.They don't search for the super rich to stick with him and get out everything they can from him aka the russian girls.So they are alsomore uncomfortable with the idea of their man dating other women anyway for foreigners' eyes there is not some big difference between posh and Russian girls except the more extended middle class in the latter.

Generally polish girls means problem because they stick.Czech have this advantage they don't stick I mean they are not annoying but leave you space.

Actually, the opposite is true. In Poland it's often better to look like a nobody. Guys who look too slick, especially foreign guys, scare away many girls (except a certain type) because they are considered less likely to be faithful.

What I found during my visit in Poland last sommer is that mostly guys are missing.They are obviously abroad.Women are certainly missing but guys to a larger extent.I met some single wives.
