Yes... Its from one year that i felt in love with a schoolfriend of mine, she's polish, at the beginning we didn't like each other a lot but now we started be good friends, the problem is that i don't know how to tell her.

She's very particular, she appear cold, she say she hasn't feelings for no one, she's very very particular... I know i'll appear pathetic but now, after one month that i don't see her more because i'm working in a far country for the whole summer and i'll meet her just when i'll be back to school, i want to tell her what i feel... The problem is that i don't really know how she'll take it... Any advice? How to say "i love you" to a polish girl? :D

How to say "i love you" to a polish girl? :D

So, walk her up, make sure that you are close enough so she can hear you properly and say "I love you" phonetically it sounds like this: "aɪ lʌv juː"

Good luck ;-)

Wake her up, not walk her up.

I might sound old-fashioned (well, I often am), but how he is supposed to wake her up? I mean: do they sleep together? And if yes, then what would be a problem to say: "I love you"? I think the guy is completely on the other level, spiritual, not like you old pervs think ;))

"break" the hearth of a polish girl?

Whether she is Polish or not, I have found in the past that a 12lb sledge hammer works well. When you are done, I suggest a new hearth, maybe with some ceramic tile, and a new brass poker set.

Yeah ok, but i said you the problem, she's very... cold. How to describe, she seem has no feelings for no one. That's the biggest problem!

she's very... cold.

You have to find a way to light a fire in her . It is better to start with some small kindling, rather than go for the great big log right at the start.

Make sure the flues are open, or you will get a smoky room.

Agree. Big declaration of love will scare her away at this point. Take it slow.

Why dont you watch some pathetic Americam romtic-comedy, they will tell you all you need to know. Also there is plenty of self-help info on the net to show you how to maximise the the will of the willy.

These things come mostly unexpected. When you start trying to get her, it will usually fail. Getting it means often not wanting it.

Sorry to be so pessimistic, but you will fail, dude.

Tell her youve met a fantastic girl, judge her resposne. With these situations (and theres been a few on here) i always get the impression the girl just isnt interested.

Play the game, dont tell her you love her at all - thats suicide.

Yeah but if i'm arrived at this point is because there is actually a response from the other side... Its not a jump in the dark... My problem, or better, her problem, is that she's very cold, she say that love don't exist, she hasn't feeling for no one, she's... Strange :D

actually a response

An actual response does not mean she is romantically interested in you. Let her make the first move and don't try to hard. You'll only end up hurting yourself as the next step will probably be that you interpret her signals into your own street. If she wants you, she will come to you. If she doesn't, don't try to make her, because if you do, any attempt of you getting her to like you will only result in the opposite of what you want.

not strange at all

If she wants you, she will come to you. If she doesn't, don't try to make her, because if you do, any attempt of you getting her to like you will only result in the opposite of what you want.

it's called stalking and you really shouldn't do it as penalties for that kind of behaviour are rather stiff.

Yeah don't tell her, I only saw bad things from showing a girl what you think to her. It has to be clear and apparent that she thinks that way about you first. Otherwise show nothing, and that way, if she doesn't feel something, there's more chance she will if she is wondering what YOU think of her

That was you, you are not him, this girl is not the girl who dumped you.

It has to be clear and apparent that she thinks that way about you first.

Nothing ventured nothing gained, faint heart never won a fair maiden...Hmmm...what do you think is meant by these phrases?

If a girl ever 'dumped' me, then I was with her, and she did feel something for me. And with me, if something was happening, the girl usually showed that something could, instead of trying to tell her awkwardly. That never works, surely it just happens naturally without thinking so much about it, if it will

When I went to Lublin last summer (a populous city) they had freshly picked apples with the skins etched to say "Kocham Cie" which is I love you in Polish, they also had ones in plain english for the American tourists :-p

Anyway, maybe you could try that....or just leave one on her desk and tease here...idk.

Some of you guys on here have problems. This innocent kid comes asking for such help and you tell her such things as taking a sledge hammer to the girls head? Oh brother @_@

Another idea I have is maybe you could write her a poem, or copy a famous one...Poles are known to be historically significant during the Romantic era....try this:
