Excuse me, but the title doesn`t correspond to the contents. If the stories mentioned by the OP concern one topic, namely survival despite the high content of alcohol in blood, then it shouldn`t be reasons but cases/examples.

Not sure whether this posting is really appropriate in all the circumstances....firstly the title seems to be quite provocative and unnecessary and secondly it does not relate to the substance of the posting.....it seems to be without any respect or courtesy to Polish people....the title could apply to any country to describe their failings...USA...UK...etc....so why waste time on the posting....not sure what you hope to achieve...?
