Together at home.

What kind of food they will prepare?

There are 12 meatless Christmas Eve dishes for Supper altogether and probably some cakes and biscuits.

what kind of gifts we can give for Polish parents?

It depends on the parents and your relationship with them, I guess.

Is there special event or food as Polish tradition for X-mas party?

Yes, carp is the main meal but there are 11 other dishes.

Could you share with me if you are Polish?

I am not Polish and I live in Poland.
